I NEVER said that people can’t voice their opinions….and I sure as hell didn’t “block, mute”, or prevent them from making their comments! How the hell did I not allow people their right to free speech? Luckily we don't need to argue with common sense to come to that conclusion, there is a forensic pathologist in the unsealed docs (page 263+) agreeing that none of it correlates. To me further proof she has NO idea what the brutal violence she alleges really feels AND looks like. Her face with allegedly heavy bruises underneath ALWAYS looked flawless. It's not like you just dab it on in the restroom of a gala and you're good to go. Okay, Jan.Ĭould still rage at people defending this when it becomes obvious she not only NEVER PERFECTLY covered bruises with intense, changing color patterns, something 99% of trained make up artists fail to do, but also has no idea about the struggle and time effort that comes with working around stiff, swollen, hurting, sensitive skin areas. In other words, she explained how to create bruises. She explained it wrong literally based on the first wikiHow article that's incomplete with regards to the bruise kit she allegedly used on top. However, what IS a smoking gun and what neither she or anyone else can downplay, is the way of describing and applying it. The colors are just to illustrate the nature of the kit and show it's for nothing else but creating bruises / face paint. If we were to accept she has a bruise kit on JD's ice cream picture in Australia, that's a square-shaped one for example. However you're correct she could've simply stated which one(s) she really used, if she was so adamant to clarify it's definitely not exactly this one obviously. She felt compelled to clarify in the first few seconds after the kit came up in direct-exam to dispell the release date discrepancy floating around on social media, but it's fair to assume, even though they did not list it as a demonstrative, that she used changing models of bruise kits over a longer period of time. He probably knew it as ARNICA CREAM, as we all do. didn't know what the hell that cream was. She probably called it Amica Cream and her team went with it. You would expect EB or anyone on her team to actually verify if said product is actually called like that. So why blaming Milani for her and her lawyers mistake? Same for the infamous "amica cream". They would have probably covered her a*s since she's one of their testimonials. She could have shown a palette from L'Oreal, even if it didn't exist back then. And, as a company, they don't want to be dragged in a legal dispute if not necessary. Why some people call Milani petty is ridiculous imo. If they had sent it to her before its release, they would have confirmed her version. Milani said that palette wasn't released till 2017. So when some people say "Well influencers receive products to test them out long before they are released to the market" they lie. There should even be a picture of it on their list. Lawyers, who have gone through her list of submitted evidences, have said that that specific Milani colour corrector palette was indeed the one that she said she used back in day.
